• As always, please watch your speed while driving through the addition. We have had several mailbox racks damaged by vehichles. Extra police patrols have been requested for our area.
• Most of the trees planted along the streets of Seven Oaks are coming along quite nicely. If you are interested in getting some trees planted in front of your home for a nominal fee, click here for more information.
• Please keep the area up by the Seven Oaks entrance free of all yard signs. We would like to keep this area clean and free of all yard signs. Thank you.
• Please be a good neighbor. You can not have your dog barking for an excessive amount of time. It is a city ordinance. When walking your pets, clean up after them. Thank you.
• The ponds and common areas of Seven Oaks are for all homeowners to enjoy responsibly. Please keep these areas clean and do not throw rocks into the pond. Thank you!

Recycling Information

Remember to bring your valuables in from your car, especially if it is parked outside.

Please report any street lights that are out, staying on all day, or flickering. Call Street Light Operations at 427.6167, dial 311, or click here for the city's online form. Please inform them of the pole number and the street address.

Trash containers should not be visible from the street.  Please do not leave your bin in the driveway.  This is a city ordinance.  You can be fined by the city for violating this ordinance.  For any questions regarding this ordinance, contact the Solid Waste Department at 427.1345.
