• Most of the trees planted along the streets of Seven Oaks are coming along quite nicely.  If you are interested in getting some trees planted in front of your home for a nominal fee, click here for more information.  Hurry, the deadline for all applications is July 1st.

• Please keep the area up by the Seven Oaks entrance free of all yard signs.  We would like to keep this area clean and not cluttered.  Thank you.

• Please be a good neighbor. You cannot have your dog barking for an excessive amount of time.  It is a city ordinance.  When walking your pets, clean up after them. Thank you.

• The ponds and common areas of Seven Oaks are for all homeowners to enjoy responsibly.  Please keep these areas clean and do not throw rocks into the pond.  Thank you!

 Reminders

Remember to bring your valuables in from your car, especially if it is parked outside.  Don't give thieves an excuse to break into your vehicle. 

Please contact Angie if you are planning to construct any structure or addition to the exterior of your home. To view the procedure, click here.  You must get approval before you start.

The association is responsible for mailbox repair.  If you have an issue with your mailbox, please contact Jeff and let him know. 

Please report any street lights that are out, staying on all day, or flickering. Call Street Light Operations at 427.6167, dial 311, or click here for the city's online form. Please inform them of the pole number and the street address.

Trash containers should not be visible from the street.  Please do not leave your bin in the driveway.  This is a city ordinance.  You can be fined by the city for violating this ordinance.  For any questions regarding this ordinance, contact the Solid Waste Department at 427.1345.
